At Alabaster, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the garment in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
